We grasp on to everything so tight.

More of more.

When we relax, we can let go of more.

We can float like the clouds.

We can be fluid like water.

We can connect.

Alan Watts said, “To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim, you don’t grab hold of the water, because if you do, you will sink and drown. Instead, you relax and float.”
