Tech addiction is real.

Real addictive.

The first step is admitting it.

I’m a tech addict.

But I’m working on it.

Hard.

I slide to power down.

A lot.

Tech addiction is a crisis.

And Facebook doesn’t care.

It’s good for them.

Sucks for me.

I need better interventions.

My kids need better interventions.

Starting with me.

How I set limits.

And teach them.

Teach by example.

To want to set their own limits.

And then to actually set their own limits.
