I stabbed the avocado pit with a knife.
Removed it surgically.
I smashed the avocado in a fine paste.
Put it on everything.
I powered down my damn phone at 7 pm.
Unplugged the televisions in my home.
Got 8 hours of sleep instead of 6.
I closed my eyes.
Started meditating for about 20 minutes.
I don't use an alarm.
I stop when it feels like 20.
I exercised for 5 minutes instead of doing nothing.
I'm around people I love instead of just tolerate.
I'm not trying to be perfect.
I'm simply doing these things more.
I no longer recognize myself.
