Bad habits are bad.
How we break bad habits is worse.
Because we never break them.
Nothing is worse than bad habits being broken badly.
Streaming unconsciously is a prime example.
There's no mindfulness in mindless ama-net-huluzon-flix-ing.
Binge-watching is bad.
Breaking the binge-watching habit is superbad.
And super difficult.
But there is a way.
Stop binge-watching by never starting the binge-worthy show.
"You've got to see it."
No, I don't.
Don't watch everything.
It’s that simple.
There's a lot that's out of our control.
Not binge-watching is one thing we can control in life.
Except for your own mind.
