There are so many people.

So many in the world (7.2 billion as I write this).

So many with cancer.

By 2030, the global burden is expected to grow to 21.7 million new cancer cases.

Thirteen million cancer deaths simply due to the growth and aging of the population.

I hardly know any of them.

How many people have I met in life?

How many people have I truly helped?

Some I've met and helped.

Some I haven't.

Some I've met and helped cure.

Some not.

Some days I think of all the people.

So much.

Life and death.

Vocation?

Cancer is not about a job.

It's about support.

Service.

Healing.

Being.

Love.
