There is no right way to be healthy.
There's only a bit healthier than yesterday.
Or not.
There's only what you eat today.
Or don't eat.
There's only today's workout.
Or skipped workout.
There's only today meditation.
That special time you carved out just for you.
For your sanity.
Or not.
You scheduled over it did you?
Don't do that tomorrow.
Can you still do it today?
Move some stuff around so you can eat.
So you can move.
So you can disconnect.
Meditate.
There's no right way.
But there are plenty of wrong ways.
