P:  PRESENCE (Being there fully with phones powered down)

A: AWARENESS (How does it feel to feel what they feel)

T: TRANSPARENT (no BS)

H: HUMAN (We all are connected after all)

Y: YOU ARE LOVED (You receive more than ever imagined)

 

Microstep: Don't forget to work out the ever-important empathy muscle.  Incorporate this exercise into your daily routine.
