Fifteen more minutes.

I've built in limits.

Overwise it's too addictive for me.

Friggin dopamine hits.

Research shows we check our phones up to 150 times a day.

I counted.

I'm down to 50.

It took a while.

The only reason I'm less is I leave it in the car on purpose.

Sometimes.

If it wasn't my phone, it'd be something else.

It's a brain thing, not just a tech thing.

Not a fault, but a thing.
