So what?
You ate a piece of white bread.
OMG.
Wonder.
Bread.
The problem with making our happiness conditional to our "perfect health" is that health is sometimes not controlled by us.
Our kid sneezes in our face.
We get their dreaded first grade cold.
Health can be taken from us.
Abs can turn to flabs.
They will when you get older.
Like three kids older.
You'll change.
Health can change in an instant.
Be happy independently of "perfect health."
Besecure in your love.
Love that grows as your abs go flabs.
Love that grows as your max squat goes down.
Love that grows like your ear hair.
No matter what.
Microstep: Today, practice being okay with all of it. The good, the bad, the ear hair. You don't have to be perfect. In fact, it's impossible to be perfect. It's perfectly alright to say "so what" now and again. When perfectionism creeps in (as it will), reframe it with who and what you love.
