It was the middle of the night.
I couldn't sleep.
I tried my if-then.
If I can't sleep, then I'll do gentle yoga for sleep.
I got outta bed.
Turned on the downward dog app.
I just had done a long week of oncology call and felt wired.
At first, I was doubting the if-then.
I was thinking about how I could easily go watch Netflix until I felt tired.
My brain is sometimes too complicated.
Just stick to the if-then.
Because if I don't, I'd wish I had.
Why not?
I did the gentle yoga.
