Leave iPhone in glove box.
Leave iPhone in car.
No iPhone in bedroom.
Like, ever.
No iPhone before sleep.
Like, hours.
No blue light at all before sleep.
Like, candles.
My brain's wiring needs this.
Yours might too.
I can reprogram my behavior.
Not only can I stick to a Digital Sabbath...
