What's good for me?
Not processed food.
Do I eat what's good for me all that time?
Would that be better?
But I'm not perfect.
I'm not going to run out of opportunities to eat better.
In fact, the more mindful I am of all the wonderful opportunities to eat a little better, the more likely I will.
Mindfulness enriches our nows, creates a deep connection with ourselves and improves our lives.
The goal is awareness.
Plus it's just plain good for you.
