I really do.

I named my practice cCARE for G-d's sake.

And I say the "c" is for compassion.

I think most people care.

The care about what they care about.

Every single human being cares.

They care about the stories that they make about what happens to them.

About what happened to them yesterday or 5 years ago.

About what's happening to them right now.

About what may or may not happen tomorrow or in 10 years.

You're only responsible for how you interpret your stories.

So be responsible.

Care.

Care about yourself.

Have compassion for yourself.

For others.

For the world.
