Whatever you overuse.

The biggest instigator of cravings are cues.

Environmental cues that are associated with the overuse.

Sounds, smells, phones and familiar places.

The problem runs deeper.

Not just brain chemistry.

Ingrained habits.

Lifestyle choices.

You want to change human behavior?

Your behavior?

It’s never easy to change somebody's behavior around social media, overeating or lack of exercise.

When’s there’s always a phone, junk food and a couch.

Get up over the first mountain range.

There’s at least another one beyond that.

Change your environment.

Remove junk food.

Remove phones.

Change your life.
