Here's some good news about improving your health.
You can make a few slightly healthier choices than you did yesterday.
You may hear a voice in your head saying, “If only it was that easy."
That's a normal thought!
Take a deep breath.
Every little thing is gonna be alright.
You've got two and a half more steps.
Hug yourself and say, “I didn’t make that tiny healthier choice yesterday.”
”I'm going to start with this tiny healthier choice today.”
Health is destiny.
The choices you make today are your healthy tomorrows.
Choosing broccoli today instead of fries is "Skiing Vail when I'm eighty".
Make your health more than just about you. Make it about your family, your community.
Choosing macadamias today instead of doughnuts is "Hanging out with my grandkids at Disneyland when I'm eighty-one".
Microstep: Don't make yourself wrong for a poor choice today. Just take a breath, move on and make that next tiny healthier choice right in from of you.
